After you have submitted your payment information, a Thank You page will appear. It will ask you to click on the Morph Club Enrollment Form link. There you can enter the new member’s street address and email address. Click “Submit” to record this information.
To order more than one subscription, after you click “Submit”, the form will reset to accept the next member’s delivery information.
