You can purchase products in our Store or on any product page by clicking ADD TO CART there. You may complete our Retail Order Form (PDF) and email to email@example.com. Or print and send it via fax to 206.344.3338 or mail it to OOZ & OZ, 3624 46th Ave. SW, Seattle, WA 98116. You may also submit your own purchase order. For orders to countries other than the USA or Canada, use any of the above methods and we’ll let you know the added charge for international shipping and will await your approval before shipping.
Processing is by Credit Card or PayPal account. OOZ & OZ uses a secure server and industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data. Checks are acceptable, but must clear the bank before an order can ship.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you. Spam filters of some email programs may interfere with your receiving this confirmation. Please add OOZandOZ.com to your safe senders list to enable the confirmation email to reach your inbox. You may trust us not to spam.
In stock products ship within two (2) days of your order. All domestic orders ship from Seattle, WA, via USPS Priority and 1st Class Mail. Standard Shipping and Handling charges apply based on the size of the order and its destination. We do not charge postage on back orders.
Our “Golden Rule” Shipping and Handling Pledge
As a caring, family company we promise any order shipped to one destination, no matter how many items are contained in that package, is charged the lowest USPS cost + a modest handling fee. We always refund excess charges collected by the Shopping Cart. Consideration and kindness. It’s what we’d want for our own families.
When to Expect Your Order
The United State Postal Service has been fairly reliable about keeping its promise of 2-3 day delivery – even coast to coast. If you’re a bit off the beaten path, please allow an additional day for delivery.
Return and Exchange Policy
You may return any unused item in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for exchange or credit. Before returning merchandise, please contact us at 206.344.3338. Returns must be in sale-able condition. Please share the reason for the return. That helps us serve all of our customers better. OOZ & OZ pays return shipping costs for damaged products, but not for exchanges. OOZ & OZ is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please insure your package and obtain delivery confirmation. We’ll do our very best to make you happy.
